Individual Therapy
I provide virtual individual therapy to adults and have proficiency treating a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and identity struggles. Your individual therapy journey will start with an assessment appointment during which I will begin to understand what’s bringing you in and what you want to work on together. From there we will formulate your individualized treatment plan. I take an eclectic approach and will often incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, EMDR, and other experiential activities such as writing, music, and art depending on the client.
