EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, or EMDR, was first utilized to treat PTSD and trauma. More and more ongoing research is coming out to support its use in treating other presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, and other distressing life experiences. It has been proven effective both in-person and virtually. I’m thrilled to be able to provide virtual EMDR to my clients. I am passionate about the efficacy of EMDR and have experienced its benefits first-hand. I am trained in the Somatic and Attachment focused (S.A.F.E.)
